Is there a way to set up a live temperature monitoring system on induction heating?
Any Optical device needs a line of sight. If the line of sight is obstructed, then the temperature measurement with the thermal infrared would not be possible.
Any Optical device needs a line of sight. If the line of sight is obstructed, then the temperature measurement with the thermal infrared would not be possible. Without knowing the exact setup, if there is no line of sight, then the IR type measurement would not work as well. You'd have to rely on the repeatability of the induction heating setup to learn the heating process and then run that process cycle after cycle which means that you have to start at the same temperature and if you start at the same temperature and you run the same recipe. The recipe might have full power for a certain time. Hold for a certain time. You will always get to the same final temperature.
