Can induction solder small semiconductors such as a ceramic circuit boards?
We must be sure the semiconductor parts can be heated effectively with an induction field.
We must be sure the semiconductor parts can be heated effectively with an induction field. If so, we can of course solder them. If they are not induction friendly, then the heat will have to come from a substrate on the circuit board to be able to flow the solder. We can review your pictures or drawings to evaluate the application and recommend the best soldering process.
